FIELD: motor-car and aircraft industries; production of a multilayer molded synthetic components.
SUBSTANCE: the invention present a method of production of multilayer molded synthetic components, which may be used as details of a car or other vehicles interior, for their instrumental or doors panels. A method of production of multilayer molded synthetic components includes at least one preliminary manufactured elastomeric shell and a carrier made out of a thermoplastic material and provides: (a) molding of the prefabricated elastomeric shell; (b) molding of the thermoplastic material of the carriers in a molten state from the opposite side of the already molded shells. The molding shell is made out of thermosetting synthetic material. The thermoplastic material is chosen from a group including polypropylene (PP), polycarbonate (PC), acrylnitrylebutadienestyrene (ABS), ABS mixture: in particular - PC/ABS or ABS/PA, acryletherstyrene-acrylnitryl (ASA), polysterene (PS) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) preferably from a group including PC, ABS or their mixes, and the most preferable - from a group including ABS and ABS mixes, in particular - a PC/ABS mixture or ABS/PA mixture. The invention provides for a design of a multilayer molding synthetic component, in which the shell is made out of the thermosetting synthetic material and a carrier made out of a thermoplastic material. The invention provides a possibility to produce a solid carrier on the opposite side of the thermosetting shell without any damage to the texture of a leather, which is created on the visible side of the shell.
