FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed device comprises bottom plate, metal mould, mould open-close drive, moulding core, mechanism to lift core with patter, low-pressure casting furnace, gate pipe to pour pattern composition from the furnace, and half-die air drives with cylinders. Metal mould has vertical closure plane and consists of two half-dies with cavity and mould filling channels. Metal core is made up o lateral and central parts jointed by magnets together. Half-die air drives with cylinders have two-way piston and rods that make core to produce holes in pattern.

EFFECT: simplified production, higher precision and quality.
