FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention can be used as the electrically driven pump incorporated with the spaceship and aircraft thermal control systems. Proposed unit comprises motor (1) with housing made of titanium coupled with aluminium pump housing (2). The latter has branch pipes (3, 4) and cage (5). Bore of cage (5) houses the sleeve (6), impellers (7, 8) fitted on the motor (1) shaft (9) in working chambers (10, 11) divided by diaphragm (12). Transfer channel extends through said cage (5) and sleeve (6) from the outlet of impeller (7) to inlet (15) of impeller (8). Second transfer channel (16) extends via cage (5) from the outlet (8) to branch pipe (4). Studs (18 lock the angular position of sleeve (6) relative to cage (5) and that of cage (5) relative to housing (2). Joint between the housing (2) and motor housing (1) is sealed by welds between solid bimetal ring (19) with aluminium and titanium sides. Diaphragm (12) is made integral with the cage (5). Channels (10, 11) between chambers (16) are made in said cage (5) and said sleeve (6) above the exits from the chambers (10, 11). Stud (18) is composed by the screw. Cage (5) and sleeve (6) have the grooves. Cage (5) grooves do not intersect with channels (16). Sleeve (6) groove communicates with the inlet (15) of the chamber (10).
EFFECT: higher reliability and efficiency, simplified design, decreased weight.
