FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: LED lamp contains a hollow casing, on which a bulb and a base are secured, inside the casing a heat removal device with ribs, a fan, a power supply PCB, and a PCB with at least one light source are installed. The casing is made out of two connected parts - a metal one connected with the bulb, and the second one connected with the base. The metal part is made with internal ribs, the ribs look towards the casing cavity, and work as a heat removal device. The walls of both parts of the casing are made with protrusions looking outside and jointly forming inside the casing the through channels opened to the casing cavity and connected with the environment by input and output holes. The input holes of the through channels are located at the side of the end face of the casing metal part, and the output holes are at the side of the opposite end face on the second casing part. On the external flat end face of the casing metal part the PCB with a LED is secured. The fan is installed on a frame inside the casing metal part and is located between the LED PCB and power supply PCB, secured in the casing second part and connected by wires with the contact elements of the base and LED PCB.
EFFECT: optimal heat mode of LEDs operation to ensure maximum light efficiency, increased reliability, service life and reduced casing dimensions.
