SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive entertainment means. The system consists of the user interface with I/O elements and software to be executed by the car computer system memory and programmed in compliance with rules meant for driver counter-attracting by inhibiting the I/O jobs at driving under certain conditions defined by said rules. Note here that said software can intercept the input and output, evaluate the intercepted input or output at interaction with the current conditions of motion with respect to one or more violations of the rules and prevent input or output at detection of said violations.
