FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: distinctive feature of the proposed method is the use of quercetine and dihydroquercetine, a shell of chitosan nanocapsules, and also the use of a non-solvent - 1,2-dichloroethane in the preparation of nanocapsules using a physical-chemical method of deposition with a non-solvent.
EFFECT: simplification and acceleration of the process of production of nanocapsules, and increase in the yield by weight.
