FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly neurology, orthopaedics, rehabilitation, and sports medicine, and aims at treating patients with back disorders. Dispersed Alloplant biomaterial is injected in back region. Alloplant is dissolved in ratio of 50 mg biomaterial per 5-15 ml physiologic saline. Injection of biomaterial is performed into involved spinal segments projection. Injection is performed in series along spinous processes line, into interspinous ligament, paravertebrally in superficial and deep muscles of back. Besides, injection is effected in above and/or below placed spinal segments relative to involved area. After injection, compression in introduction point is applied. Number of injections is 3 to 9 for one segment, by 1.5 to 5 ml in each injection. Treatment is carried out in amount of 1 to 10 procedures for one course. Interval between procedures is 1 to 7 days.
EFFECT: method enables available, with respect to outpatient setting, conducting effective treatment of back disorders due to restoration of spinal segment structures.
