METHOD OF HUNTING WILD BOAR WITH NET TRAPS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A01M23/32

SUBSTANCE: in implementing the method of hunting a wild boar with net traps the trapping nets are hang in the areas of migration. The animals entangled in the nets are ridden down and sampled. The trapping nets consist of a main trapping net and at least two net horseshoe-shaped traps. The traps are set behind the main trapping net in series along the path of the direction of animal migration in the forest. The traps are placed at a distance of 30-50 m from each other. The entrance part of the traps is opened at the side of the animal running. The traps are made from a capron mesh with a mesh size of 200-250 mm and a thread thickness of 3.5-4.0 mm. The height of the traps of 2.7-3.0 m in the taking on the ground is at least 1.5 m. The simultaneous capture of large batches of boars is ensured. The efficiency of capture is increased by taking of animals of different ages.

EFFECT: possibility of year-round use in different natural areas without the use of tools for securing nets.
