FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control, repair and cleaning of pipe inner surface by grinding at pipe units finishing plants. Claimed device comprises trolley with drive for reciprocation over the track and bar. One end of the latter is articulated with said trolley while its opposite cantilever end is provided with roller bearing to centralize the bar relative to the pipe axis. Besides, it includes the roller bearing to support the bar cantilever end, wastes cleaning system and power carrier system. Said bar is provided with the transmission arranged therein, its one end being coupled with the trolley drive. Two-arm lever is secured at opposite cantilever end by bracket via the flange with slide guides. Grinding machine with abrasive wheel, adjustable support rollers and video camera are mounted at two-arm lever one arm. Opposite lever arm supports pneumatic cylinders interacting with grinding machine for pressing of the abrasive wheel against the pipe inner wall. Said roller support is composed of dual lever mechanism symmetric about bar axis pulled off hydraulic cylinders. This device is equipped with height-adjustable branch pipe that simulates the processed pipe.
EFFECT: simplified design and servicing, enhanced performances and higher efficiency.
