FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machining of aluminium tubes and may be used for mechanical cleaning of tube inner surface. Proposed machine comprises pipe rotation device, boom extension-and-tilt device and filter-ventilation unit. Pipe rotation device is configured to rotate a horizontally disposed pipe to be treated and comprises two parallel horizontal axes, a set of support rollers fixed to said axes, and a pipe rotation drive configured to drive at least one of said two axes. Boom extension-and-tilt device is configured to change the boom installation height, change its inclination and ensure the boom extension. Boom comprises remote rod, on which grinding machine with cord brush is fixed. Remote rod is hingedly fixed by its one end on the boom end with a possibility of swinging around the horizontal axis perpendicular to the boom. Filter-ventilation unit comprises inlet device, suction blower and filtration device, all being connected in series. Inlet device is located coaxially with processed pipe at its end.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality of mechanical cleaning of pipe inner surface.
