FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: claimed tool comprises the set of outer barrels, lifting mechanism, sealing mechanism, actuator unit and coring mechanism. Set of outer barrels included the stabilizing pipe, limiting connecting pipe and pivoting connecting pipe, all connected in series. Lifting mechanism comprises lifting barrel, set of lifting head and steel rope. Note here that said steel rope is coupled with the lifting barrel though bore while lifting cylinder is connected with the set of lifting head. Sealing mechanism comprises the coupling sleeve, universal joint, plug coupling body and sealing plug, all connected in series, the set of lifting head being coupled with the coupling bar. Actuator unit comprises the flat thrust bearing, helical stator, helical rotor, constricting piston and first spring. Note here that said flat thrust bearing is fitted axially on said helical rotor running jointly with the helical stator. The first end of said first spring is fitted at the constricting piston. The second end of said first spring works jointly with the limiting connecting pipe. Aforesaid coring mechanism comprises inner barrel, core fisher and core drill bit. Note here that core fisher is engaged with the core drill bit inner taper surface while said inner barrel engages with the core drill bit.
EFFECT: increased diameter of the core, sufficient length and quality.
