SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the age assessment method. The method to assess the age includes the collection of data of a subject face image; calculation of intensities of spatial frequencies according to the collected data of the face image, besides, the spatial frequencies belong to multiple different bands of spatial frequencies; and the calculation of the assessed age of the subject by means of the use of the calculated intensities of the spatial frequencies to an equation or a model produced in advance and showing/expressing correlation between the ages and the spatial frequencies produced by the face image data.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of the age assessment.
