FIELD: printing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a full-line print head, which comprises an elemental substrate combined it with, and prints according to the inkjet method, and a printing device for printing with their use. The elemental substrate which comprises a plurality of printing elements, to which a first voltage is given, a plurality of actuating element provided in accordance with a plurality of printing elements and configured to actuate the plurality of printing elements, a plurality of logic circuits configured to generate, based on the external input selection signal used for selecting and actuating a plurality of printing elements and a plurality of first level converters provided in accordance with a plurality of logic circuits and configured to raise the logic voltage, having a second voltage lower than the first voltage of the selection signal, comprising: a contact pad configured to receive the external detection signal indicating the detection of the logic voltage drop; a second level converter configured to receive a detection signal by the said contact pad and increasing the detection signal; and a plurality of high-voltage logic circuits, provided in accordance with a plurality of elements of actuation and a plurality of first level converters and configured for receiving increased selection signals excluded respectively from the plurality of the first level converters, and a detection signal increased by the said second level converter, performing the logical operation over the increased selection signals and the increased detection signal, the result output of the logical operation and actuation of a plurality of actuation elements. At that when the detection signal is entered, the said plurality of high-voltage logic circuits blocks the actuation of the plurality of actuation elements independently from increased selection signals.
