FIELD: printing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a printing head for thermal inkjet printing, as well as a printing unit and a printing device containing it. Thermal inkjet printhead according to the present invention comprises a substrate; layer of nozzles containing a plurality of nozzles formed therein; plurality of ink ejection chambers corresponding to the plurality of nozzles; a plurality of thermistors formed on a substrate and corresponding to a plurality of paint ejection chambers, wherein each of the thermistors is located in a separate paint ejection chamber, so that the ejection of the paint drop through each of the nozzles is caused by the heating of one of the thermistors, which is located in the corresponding paint ejection chamber; a plurality of separated cavitation sections formed on and corresponding to a plurality of thermistors, each of the cavitation sections covering a separate thermistor; and a dielectric layer located between the thermistors and the cavitation sections.
EFFECT: use of the present invention can facilitate improvement and, in fact, improved reliability of the printing head, which in turn increases efficiency of the manufacturing process.
