FIELD: printing.
SUBSTANCE: provided in the examples is a matrix for the print head. The matrix includes a series of arrays of fluid activators. The data unit is linked with each of the set of arrays of fluid activators. The matrix includes an interface containing a data pad and a clock pad, wherein the data bit value present on the data pad is loaded into a first data block corresponding to the first array of fluid activators at the leading edge of clock signal and loaded into a second data block corresponding to the second array of fluid activators at the trailing edge of clock signal.
EFFECT: creation of a matrix for use in a print head.
