FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: code conversed cylinder (1) containing a stator (2), having in essence a cylindrical hole (3) for rotor (4). In the rotor (4) and the stator (2) the channels (5) are made for at least one appropriate pin, made with possibility of movement such, that it can slide in them against the appropriate elastic device. Simultaneously the pins partial location in the rotor (4) and partially in the stator (2) determines the rotor (4) locking, and levelling of the final edge of pins with border between the stator (2) and the rotor (4) achieved by means of insertion of the appropriate key (7) with complex profile in the hole (6) of the rotor (4), that looks towards the channels (5), determines the free rotation of the rotor (4) relatively to the stator (2). At least one of the pins is made by the pair of virtually complementary valves (9, 11), that are equipped along at least one appropriate common connecting surface, over at least one appropriate profile (10) of the first valve (9), and by at least one appropriate counter-profile (12) of the second valve (11). The first valve (9) can make translational movement relatively to the stator (2) and the rotor (4), and the second valve (11) can make translational movement and rotation, along set angular motion, relatively to the stator (2) and the rotor (4). The second valve (11) contains a support device for the special device (13) connected with it by means of the secondary channel (14) of the rotor (4), that looks on the support device.
