SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition for covering cigarette paper with low inflammation ability, which includes pregelatinised starch, maltodextrin, ethyl alcohol and water, with pregelatinised starch, maltodextrin, ethyl alcohol and water being included in amount from approximately 5 wt % to approximately 20 wt %, from approximately 5 wt % to approximately 40 wt %, from approximately 10 wt % to approximately 40 wt % and from approximately 30 wt % to approximately 80 wt % respectively of weight of covering composition.
