FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed engine comprises the main air intake, main combustion chamber, variable-section chamber, mixing chamber, main nozzle, main fuel injector and pulsating combustion initiator. This engine incorporates the set of mini-ramjet engines each being provided with the air intake, variable-section chamber, fuel injector and combustion chamber. Said mini-engines abut on the variable-section chamber walls and are arranged and oriented in spiral. The mini-engines are arranged in three longitudinal rows.

EFFECT: higher stability at, mainly, subsonic speeds, thrust coefficient and efficiency.
