FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains carbon, chrome, nickel, molybdenum, nitrogen, manganese, silicon, yttrium, lanthanum, cerium, praseodymium, iron and inevitable impurities at the following component ratio, wt %: carbon 0.21, chrome 15.0-16.5, nickel 6.0-7.2, molybdenum 2.7-3.2, nitrogen 0.04-0.09, manganese 1.0 maximum, silicon 0.6 maximum, yttrium 0.002 maximum, lanthanum 0.002 maximum, cerium 0.002 maximum, praseodymium 0.002 maximum, iron and inevitable impurity - the rest.
EFFECT: short-term strength is increased up to the values 2550 MPa minimum and the stretch ratio up to the values 35% minimum.
