Steel contains wt.%: 0.12-0.35 carbon, nitrogen 0.11-0.21, 14.0-15.0 chromium, nickel 2.5-3.5, manganese 0.5-1.5, molybdenum 1.2-1.7, Si 0.2-0.6, 1.5-2.0 copper, vanadium 0.05-0.10, calcium 0.005-0.050, 0.005-0.030 cerium, yttrium 0.005-0.030, lanthanum 0.005-0.030, 0.005-0.020 barium, iron - the rest.

EFFECT: it ensures a high level of mechanical and corrosion properties.
