FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains the following substances, wt %: carbon 0.16-0.19, chrome 11.5-12.5, nickel 3.5-4.0, molybdenum 2.3-2.5, silicon 1.5-2.0, cobalt 5.5-6.5, nitrogen 0.07-0.10, manganese 0.2-0.4, yttrium 0.00001-0.05, cerium 0.00001-0.05, lanthanum 0.00001-0.05, neodymium 0.00001-0.05, iron is the rest. Total concentration of carbon and nitrogen comprises 0.26-0.29 wt %.
EFFECT: improved impact strength and resistance to repeated loading, reduced fatigue fraction development rate with preservation of high strength limit.
