FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises the steps of applying a silicate coating to the steel sheet, recrystallizing annealing of the steel sheet, heating the sheet by electromagnetic induction at temperatures in the recrystallization temperature range of the steel and at a heating rate exceeding 75 K/s, immersing the recrystallized annealed steel sheet, Into a molten aluminium bath for applying an aluminium layer, the steel sheet immersed in the aluminium bath having a temperature of at least 700°C, recovering the aluminized steel sheet from the aluminium bath and cooling it with a cooling rate of at least 100 K/s.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture packing aluminized steel sheets, which are characterized by high strength and high elongation at break, exhibit excellent shaping characteristics, in particular, in the drawing process with wall thinning employed in the manufacture of cans, aerosol containers and lids, and can also be used as a substitute material sheets of tin.
