SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to metallurgy, specifically to a method of making zinc-plated and annealed sheet steel, and can be used in automotive industry. Method of galvanized and annealed sheet steel manufacturing includes: A. production of sheet steel, characterized by following chemical composition, wt.%: 0.05 ≤ C ≤ 0.20; 1.5 ≤ Mn ≤ 3.0; 0.10 ≤ Si ≤ 0.45; 0.10 ≤ Cr ≤ 0.60; Al ≤ 0.20; V < 0.005 and optionally one or more elements, such as: P < 0.04; Nb ≤ 0.05; B ≤ 0.003; Mo ≤ 0.20; Ni ≤ 0.1; Ti ≤ 0.06; S ≤ 0.01; Cu ≤ 0.1; Co ≤ 0.1; N ≤ 0.01; the balance is iron and unavoidable impurities, B. recrystallization annealing of sheet steel, comprising sub-stages, on which heating, holding, cooling and optionally leveling holding, C. zincification of annealed steel by immersion in molten zinc bath, and D. alloying treatment.
EFFECT: improved wetting and adhesion of the coating for high-strength steels.
