FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to dentistry and concerns a dental composition, a kit using it and use thereof. The presented composition contains a compound (A), an excipient (B), an initiator (C) and a polymerised compound (D) different from the compound (A). The compound (A) contains only one frame link (U) with 6-20 carbon atoms, at least 6 carbon atoms of which form an aromatic or aliphatic cyclic fragment, whereas the rest carbon atoms are either a part of substitutes suspended to the cyclic fragment, or a part of bridge groups of spacer links (S); one or more of the rest carbon atoms can be substituted by an oxygen atom with the frame link being free from a bisphenol structure. One or two spacer links (S) are coupled with the frame link (U) through an ester bond; at least one spacer link (S) contains the chain -CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-O-CH2-CH(Q)-OG or the residue -CH2-CH(OG)-CH2-OM or a mix of these two types of spacers in one spacer link, wherein G contains at least one group specified in acryloyl, methacryloyl, acetyl, benzoyl and combinations thereof; M contains at least one aryl group; Q contains at least one group specified in hydrogen, methyl, phenyl, phenoxymethyl and combinations thereof. Presented is using the above composition as or for producing dental cement, a material for crowns or bridges, filling material, moulding material, filler liners, coating compounds, dental blanks, dental braces, sealant or combinations thereof, as well as a kit of components applicable in dentistry, containing at least two compositions specified above; the compositions have at least a different colour.

EFFECT: using the group of inventions provides the composites with the improved mechanical properties, particularly low fragility as compared to the compositions free from the compound (A).
