FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to biotechnology and represents a method for monitoring expression of CADM1, Rb, ZMYND10, RASSF5, PTEN, SERPINB5, EPB41L3 or DAPK1 polypeptide gene of interest to determine the therapeutic effect of compounds in treating a disease related to expression of the above polypeptide gene of interest. Implementing the above method involves using a transfection method to introduce into a cell a nucleic acid molecule containing a promoter sequence functionally connected with a sequence coding the above polypeptide gene of interest, and a sequence coding a fluorescent reporter polypeptide. That is followed by bringing the cell into contact with the examined compound. The above contact is preceded and followed by detecting the fluorescent reporter polypeptide in the above cell by non-invasive method of forming an optical image, and assessing an expression variation of the above gene of interest induced by the above compound. The examined compound can be presented by mRNA, a structure of which corresponds of one gene of interest to determine the most effective mRNA for treating a disease.
EFFECT: present invention enables determining the expression nature for the period of exposure to a certain preparation and correcting the course of the disease quickly and effectively.
