FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device for medium flow regulation in heating and cooling systems, when the device is control valve in set (1) with valve body (2) comprising inlet branch (3), outlet branch (4), valve manhole (5) with installed valve seat (6) and through flow hole (7). In the valve manhole (5) a valve gate in assembly (38) and valve handwheel (10) are installed; in the valve handwheel (10) and valve gate (38) the rod (11) with return spring (12) are installed. The valve body (2) contains the first cone (13), this cone determines the preliminary settings of the control valve (1), i.e. Kvs of valve, as result the first cone (13) has at least one hole (14) for medium through flow, wherein the hole design (14) determines the control characteristics of the valve (1), if Kvs of valve varies continuously at maintained control characteristic, as result the first cone (13) continuously moves along the axis relatively the valve seat (6); wherein some parts of the first cone hole (14) are closed by the valve seat (6).
