FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engine production, particularly to ICE fuel systems elements. Proposed device comprises static initial emulsion pre-mixer, blending valve with outlet, 1^st , 2^nd and 3^rd high-pressure cylinders with inlets and outlets and pistons. Inlet lines of the 1^st and 2^nd high-pressure cylinders communicate with static initial emulsion pre-mixer. Outlet lines of the 1^st and 2^nd high-pressure cylinders communicate with blending valve. Inlet line of the rd high pressure cylinder communicates with blending valve outlet while outlet of the 3^rd high-pressure cylinder communicates with diesel engine. Proposed device includes also hydraulic drive and pressure generator having working cylinder coupled with hydraulic drive. Three pistons of high-pressure cylinders make the components of pressure generator that has working cylinder accommodating working piston moving therein.

EFFECT: serviceable device to prepare and inject diesel fuel/water emulsion.
