SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the device of gravity filling from a feed silo, an items accumulator having the shape of a column-like cavity between the opposite side walls, the mass flow of the parallel to each other items, made in the form of rods fed downwards from the feed silo, wherein it contains a cavity filling attachment (12) to fill the cavity (2, 14, 15, 16), that in the working mode is alternatively in a closed configuration, when the downward flow of the said rods through the attachment (12) is locked, and in an opened configuration when there is the possibility of the rods flow through the attachment (12). The attachment (12) is made with the possibility of translational movement in the alternating top and bottom paths inside the cavity (2, 14, 15, 16) both in the closed configuration and at the bottom path, and in the opened configuration at the top path.
EFFECT: assurance of continuous filling the trays with items.
