FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes the execution of measurements with high speed (from several thousand up to one million points per second) of the distance from the scanner to the surface of a panel structure and registering the respective directions (vertical and horizontal angles) with the subsequent formation of a three-dimensional image of a 3D model of the panel structure representing a cluster of points {Xi, Yi, Zi, i=1, n}. For the identification of deformations by the cluster of points a row of horizontal and vertical sections of the 3D model is constructed, the map of deviations and graphics of deviations of the wall from the ideal wall vertical plane are constructed. Using the constructed numerical map of deviations a map of isolines, a colour tone map, surface graphs, shadow map are plotted, for plotting of colour-tone maps of deviations the scale of colouring of hollows is used - from dark blue up to blue, cambers - from yellow up to dark brown. The vertical scale of graphs of deviations is selected so that to represent visually the wall microroughness, and the cross-section of the map of isolines of deviations is selected with an error of plotting of the model of 1 mm. The detection of defects of construction and an initial phase of a deformation process is performed by results of comparison of actual deviations and relative flexural deformations with standard deviations and critical values of deformation of the panel construction.
EFFECT: expansion of operational possibilities for the prompt determination of the level of deformation of the structure.
