FIELD: production technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of preliminary insulated pipes. Heat insulated pipe has inner working pipe arranged in external sealing mantle pipe. Annular space is filled with a layer of heat insulation and closed by end plugs with axial holes for working pipe, rigidly and tightly connected with external sealing mantle pipe. Each plug has holes to fill foaming heat insulating composition. For discharge of gases during composition foaming and curing plugs have at least one hole closed with perforated section. Also plugs are equipped with holes for outputting elements of heat insulation layer monitoring system. All holes in the end plugs are made with possibility of closing plugs.
EFFECT: limitation of working fluid flow in case of accident due to sealing heat insulation layer at the ends of each pipe.
