SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the double-pulse system of automatic speed control (SARS) will charge an extra pneumatic sensor that compensates for transient conditions the engine torque of the spring from the lever of the speed control and allows you to control the supply of fuel for the economic characteristics of the diesel engine, depending on the distance from the most- efficiency, defined as the rate of rotation of diesel and fuel and air into the cylinder diesel engine. In order to allow the diesel engine transient conditions on the economic characteristics of the main lever of the mechanical centrifugal sensor is connected an additional pneumatic sensor connected to the intake manifold of a diesel engine with turbocharging and compensating abrupt change of tightening force of the spring from the lever shaft speed, making it possible to operate a diesel engine for economic characteristic change due to the delay charge air pressure changes from the respective fuel supply and rate of rotation of a diesel engine.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the accuracy of the internal combustion engine and the control software of the diesel engine, turbocharged to transient conditions on economic performance, improved the quality of the working process in the cylinder, and reduced fuel consumption.
