SUBSTANCE: method for controlling the turbodiesel engine (1) is to change the fuel supply to the diesel cylinder (1) by deviating from the speed control of the diesel shaft specified by the lever (18) by negative speed feedback and positive feedback of the charge air pressure by summation two pulses by means of a summing mechanism with the number of degrees of freedom w=2. In addition, the fuel supply to the diesel cylinder (1) is varied by deviating from the position of the minimum specific fuel consumption point by the charge air pressure pulse by means of a summation mechanism with the number of degrees of freedom w=1. The regulator of a turbo-diesel engine is clarified.
EFFECT: enabling the diesel engine to operate economically and improving control accuracy.
