SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of preserved concentrates for dinner first course dishes. Method comprises preparation of recipe ingredients. Method comprises cutting and sauteing in oil garlic and onions, cutting and frying in vegetable oil rye bread and ham, cutting and freezing fresh ornamental cabbage. Method comprising mixing listed ingredients in recipe ratio with tomato paste, salt and black pepper. Obtained mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new canned food using nonconventional vegetable raw materials.
