FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains the following substances, in wt %: silica - 100, carbamide resin - 2.1-3.5, orthophosphoric acid - 0.5-1.3, at least one boron compound - 0.1-0.3 and nano-dispersed carbon-bearing modifying agent in the amount of 0.005-0.1% of the carbamide resin weight.
EFFECT: higher strength of the moulds and cores, better peeling capacity of the mix, lower surface roughness, protective anti-oxidation atmosphere.
