FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubricating composition, which can be used in roller and in roller and sliding contact systems. Composition contains, counted per its total quantity: basic oil (A), from 0.5 to 30 wt % of poly(meth)acrylate (B) with added hydroxyl groups and at least one additional compound, selected from the group, consisting of: up to 10 wt % of alkylnaphthalene (C) and up to 1.0 wt % of compound (D) of phosphorus-containing carboxylic acid. Said compound (D) of phosphorus-containing carboxylic acid has chemical formula

In formula (1) R₄ and R₅ can be similar or different and stand for hydrogen atom or hydrocarbon group with number of carbon atoms from 1 to 30, R₆ stands for alkylene group with number of carbon atoms from 1 to 20, and R₇ stands for hydrogen atom or hydrocarbon group with number of carbon atoms from 1 to 30. X₁, X₂, X₃ and X₄ can be similar or different, and each of them stands for oxygen atom or sulphur atom.

EFFECT: obtaining lubricating composition with increased anti-wear characteristics, providing increased thickness of oil film, high viscosity piesocoefficient, increased value of production of pressure on rate and, as a result, achievement of excellent lubricating characteristics of composition.
