SUBSTANCE: method for mixing two flows of catalyst including supply of the catalyst first flow to space between wall of the lift-reactor and wall of chamber located in said lift-reactor; supply of catalyst second flow to said lift-reactor; passage of said catalyst first flow from said space in hole in said chamber, and passage of said catalyst first flow and catalyst second flow upwards in said lift-reactor; including passage of the said catalyst first flow along said wall of said chamber prior to entering of the said catalyst first flow in the said hole. Device for mixing of two catalyst flows, containing lift-reactor; first pipeline for catalyst connected with the lift-reactor, at that said first pipeline for catalyst connects downstream with the regenerator; second pipeline for catalyst connected with lift-reactor, at that said second pipeline for catalyst connects downstream with output hole of said lift-reactor; chamber located in said lift-reactor connected with said first pipeline for catalyst; wall of said chamber located at distance from wall of said lift-reactor; and hole in wall of said chamber.

EFFECT: chamber ensures mixing of catalyst flows with decreased difference of their temperatures till contact with hydrocarbon raw stock.
