SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a reactor for controlling coke content, a device for producing low-carbon olefins from an oxygen-containing compound and their use, and also relates to the field of chemical devices for catalysis. Reactor (1) contains riser reactor (1-1) and bed reactor (1-2). In this case, the bed reactor contains bed reactor shell (1-3), and the bed reactor shell covers reaction zone I, the transition zone and the gas-solid separation zone I from the bottom up. Moreover, in the inner lower part of reaction zone I, there is bed reactor distributor (1-4), and outside reaction zone I, there is pipe (1-9) supplying a catalyst with controlled coke content. Next, the upper section of the riser reactor passes through the lower part of the bed reactor, which is inserted into the bed reactor in the axial direction, the outlet end of the riser reactor is located in the transition zone, and, in reaction zone I, a plurality of perforated plates (1-5) are installed in series located in the axial direction at the periphery of the riser reactor.

EFFECT: development of a device and method for production of DMTO, in which it is possible to effectively use a new generation DMTO catalyst with high productivity in relation to methanol processing and with controlled coke content with high selectivity of low-carbon olefins.
