SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and system for elimination of gas, gas condensate and oil wells. Method of physical well abandonment, comprising the steps of assembling coiled tubing equipment, running into the well untill its bottom flexible tube of coiled tubing unit, pumping cement through flexible tube, after a waiting period on cement in the well bore coiled tubing equipment is disassembled, well is sealed by reference-stake setting characterised by the fact that before cementing intervals of production column are determined and perforation of holes is performed, flexible tubes are run into the well after refilling the well till the mouth with the process fluid, the running of flexible tubes is produced with a constant washing, perform setting of cement bridge with the height from 50 m to 1000 m in two stages, at the first stage cement slurry through the coiled tubing tube is brought to the well bottom and lifted via intertubular space up to the upper perforated holes in the bed and under pressure force it into the bed, lift coiled tubing pipes above the cement level, maintain the interval of cement slurry thickening within at least 24 hours, at the second stage after-lift cement from the top of the previous cement bridge to the wellhead through the coiled tubing pipes and retrofit the cement bridge, whereupon the perforated holes in the production column are covered with installed cement bridge in the range of 20 m above and below them, again wait for the cement thickening not less than 24 hours, seal the borehole by mounting pier.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of well abandonment.
