SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a vertical mounting plate in the lower half part and a horizontal mounting plate attached to the top of the vertical mounting plate. Horizontal mounting plate comprises a fixed frame in the upper half part, which covers the workstation for strapping articles on the left, right and top. Vertical mounting plate and the fixed frame are mounted on the machine frame. Machine also includes a tape reel at the bottom, and a central unit, a pre-feed belt mounted on a horizontal mounting plate. Central unit comprises a feeder belt tension and retracting with the feed mechanism and retracting the tape and tape tension. And retracting the feed mechanism consists of the tape drive and driven pulleys, the driven pulley being planted on the shaft and the shaft is driven by a first eccentric mechanism. Feed mechanism and belt retractor further comprises a first protracted rod mounted for rotational oscillation and its drive mechanism. Wherein the first cam mechanism driven by a first protracted rod is rotatable. Drive mechanism rotate the first protracted rod is provided with a base it is inserted so that after insertion of the first protracted rod driven device forming the insertion, can be rotated up and down, and the insertion is made in the form of a plurality of pins arranged in the up and down direction. Belt tensioning mechanism comprises a driving and driven pulleys, wherein the driven pulley planted on the shaft and the shaft is driven by second eccentric mechanism. Second rotation driving mechanism comprises a connecting rod protracted rod and a second pivot shaft disposed vertically and connected to the first pivoting bearing a cam which is movable on the connection rod planted.
