FIELD: conveyor module devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a new conveyor module device for supplying food products and products for industrial and household purposes to a packaging machine. The device is a universal functional conveyor module having a removable conveyor belt with a distinctive belt tensioner. The invention has two variants of implementation, differing in the method for controlling the movement of the conveyor belt tensioner, which consists in turning the device manually by the operator or in using a pneumatic cylinder. The tensioner additionally contains a scraper for cleaning adhering product residues and dirt.
EFFECT: optimization and simplicity of the design of the device is ensured by the presence of a simple mechanism for extracting and threading the tape due to the distinctive tape tensioning device.
