SUBSTANCE: fan assembly for creating an air flow in a room, comprising an air-intake compartment having an inlet opening for air, an impeller and a motor providing the rotation of the impeller about the axis of the impeller, which draws the air flow through the inlet opening for air. Also, the fan comprises: an annular nozzle having an inner wall and the outer wall that surrounds the inner wall, also comprising an inlet opening for air for receiving the air flow, an outlet opening for discharging the air flow, and an internal passage located between the inner wall and the outer wall for directing the air flow to the outlet opening for air. The inner wall limits the central channel through which external air is drawn with the air flow discharged from the outlet opening for air.

EFFECT: holder assembly supports the air-intake compartment and the nozzle on the ceiling of the room.
