FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to ophthalmology, and represents drainage device for surgical treatment of glaucoma. Drainage device consists of acrylic hydrogel. It represents plate with rounded edges of thickness 50 mcm to 400 mcm, length 1 mm to 8 mm, and width 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm; it has channels filled with polycaprolactone and sulphated glycosaminoglycans, with following component ratio, wt%: sulphated glycosaminoglycans 0.01-5 %, polycaprolactone - the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve eye hydrodynamics, suppress cicatrisation processes around drainage.
