SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out sinustrabeculectomy. Implant from biocompatible flexible hygroscopic porous woven carbon fibers of 2.0-3.0 mm long and 0.5-1.0 mm long is intrasclerally introduced. One of implant ends is introduced into the anterior chamber for 0.5-1.0 mm.
EFFECT: improved functional results; reduced risk of postoperative and traumatic complications.
