FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for treatment of glaucoma. Claimed is bioresorbable drainage for glaucoma surgery, made of biocompatible polymer fibrous material in form of plate from 50 to 10000 mcm thick. Plate has rectangular, trapezoidal or oval shape. Drainage additionally contains from 4 to 32 reinforcing cylindrical inserts with diameter from 10 to 500 mcm throughout drainage thickness, evenly distributed throughout the entire plate area. Inserts are perpendicular to plate and are made of polylactide nd/or polyglycolide. Fibrous material can additionally contain steroid anti-inflammatory preparation, non-steroid anti-inflammatory preparation, cytostatic, anti-VEGF preparation and glycosamineglycans.
EFFECT: invention ensures prolongation of hypotensive effect of antiglaucomatous operations due to ability of drainage to support volume of intrascleral cavity for a long time, as well as ability of releasing medications into surgery zone.
