SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of canned lunch second courses. Prepare prescription ingredients. Cut, beat, soaked in liaison, mealing in wheat crumbs and fried in melted fat to produce 1st category beef steaks. Ornamental cabbage is chopped and got frozen. Mixed with salt and black hot pepper to produce garnish. Rump steaks, garnish and tallow are packaged, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to produce new preserves using non-traditional vegetal raw materials without alteration of target product organoleptic properties.
