FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of canned lunch second courses. Preparation of recipe components, soaking in milk and chopping wheat bread, chopping of skin-off fish fillet, bulb onions. Components are mixed with chicken eggs, part of salt and black hot pepper to produce mince. Mince is shaped to produce balls. Fresh ornamental cabbages are chopped and frozen. Wheat flour is sautéed and mixed with sour cream, fish broth, the remaining salt, the remaining black hot pepper and Laurel leaf to produce a sauce. Packed meatballs, cabbage and source are sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: obtaining new preserves with usage of non-traditional vegetal raw materials without the target product organoleptic properties.
