SUBSTANCE: method involves moulding of a part of the blank with a pair of holes positioned symmetrically relative to the virtual central line on the blank, placement of a matrix with slots matching the holes under the blank, placement of a mesh element on the holes, its edge attachment to the blank part adherent to the holes by way of pushing from above a part of the mesh element by means of the pusher when positioned in the slot, and subsequent attachment of inner sides of the blank when folded along the central line. Tea is inside the bag. According to another version of the method implementation, as distinct from the first one, one hole is made on part of the blank. According to the third version, the method involves arrangement of the first hole on the first blank and the second hole - on the second blank, placement of a matrix with a slot under each blank, positioning of a mesh element on the hole of each blank and such element attachment, pushing from above part of each mesh element with the pusher when positioned in the slot, and subsequent attachment of the first and the second blanks in the position where tea is between the first and the second mesh elements.
