FIELD: packaging solutions.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the packaging of a composite liquid preparation for storing composite components of a multicomponent liquid composition together in separate packages containing two or more liquid products. The packaging of a composite liquid agent is presented, including at least two parts containing a liquid preparation and a binding part. Moreover, all the parts containing the liquid preparation are connected together by a binding part to be combined into a single whole, and each of the parts containing the liquid preparation includes: a bag made up of a heat-welded multilayer film, including at least an inner layer made up of a sealed material, and an outer layer made up of a shell material. The bag has one end section and the opposite end section, which are sealed sections formed by heat welding of the ends of the heat-welded multilayer film; and the liquid contained in the bag, impermeable to air and liquid. One end section is sealed with the possibility of opening when a compressive force is applied to the filling liquid. There are also liquid preparations held in parts containing liquid preparations that have the ability to differ from each other. At the end of each of the opposite end sections of the parts containing the liquid preparation, a part of the sealed material that makes up the inner layer of the heat-welded multilayer film that make up the part containing the liquid preparation protrudes outward beyond the end of the outer layer while maintaining a single whole with the rest of the sealed material, with the formation of a protruding sealed material. In this case, the protruding sealed materials are fused together and combined in such a way that a fused sealed material is formed, which makes up the binding part. The method for manufacturing the specified package, a set for storing the components of a multicomponent liquid composition and a method for manufacturing this set are also described.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of use and reliability of the structure is achieved.
