FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to therapeutic massage, and can be used for hydromassage. Vibrational effect is applied to a patient's limb in a bath with a liquid medium by means of hydroacoustic waves in audio range of 50 Hz to 700 Hz. Hydroacoustic waves are generated in a pulsed mode for hundredths of a second. Process of generating acoustic waves is interrupted for 4-8 seconds. Within three minutes, cyclical sound generation and interruption are repeated. Pressure of sound waves in area of limb of patient is set from 500 to 10,000 Pa.
EFFECT: method increases efficiency of massage effect and provides fast recovery of muscular power of limbs and preventing spasm of muscles after muscle fatigue due to deep action on section of patient's body.
