METHOD FOR INTRACHAIN RELAXATION AND NORMALIZATION OF ARTERIAL PRESSURE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61M21/00

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and namely to non-drug methods of healing and/or restoring functions of a human body associated with reflexology rehabilitation, and can be used for psycho-emotional relaxation and decreasing blood pressure due to bioresonance, vibrotactile, acoustic and sensory impacts. Human body is subjected to vibrations by means of vibrators in the form of sequences, for each of which the vibration frequency is set. Wherein five stages are carried out by simultaneous psycho-emotional and vibrational impacts on a person by vibrations formed during transmission of sequences in the form of background music. Wherein for each stage, sequences are selected with a given range of wavelengths, frequency, duration, as well as sounds of certain instruments and musical style. At the first stage with duration of 2 to 5 minutes, alternating major and minor compositions are used with frequency of 32 to 18,000 Hz, waves of 1.0 mm – 9.0 m in length and rhythm of not more than 100 beats per minute. At the second stage with duration of 5 to 10 minutes, musical compositions of a minor character are in the frequency range from 32 to 10,000 Hz, with waves of 1.0 mm – 8.0 m in length, with a rhythm of not more than 80 beats per minute. Third stage is carried out for 10–20 minutes at a frequency of 32 to 6,000 Hz, with waves of 1.0 mm – 7.0 m in length, rhythm of no more than 60 beats per minute to minor music without the sound of percussion instruments. At the fourth stage with a duration of 5–10 minutes, major compositions with the sound of percussion and wind instruments are used, with a frequency of 32 to 12,000 Hz, waves of 1.0 mm to 8 m in length, rhythm of no more than 80 beats per minute. Fifth stage is carried out for 2–5 minutes under the major accompaniment of percussion and wind instruments in the frequency range from 32 to 18,000 Hz, with waves of 1.0 mm – 9.0 m in length and a rhythm of not more than 120 beats per minute.

EFFECT: method provides improved efficiency of healing and restoring a human body and normalization of blood pressure due to simultaneous vibration-acoustic and psycho-emotional impacts.
